ICELAND
Iceland feels like a landscape caught in the act of being created.
Glaciers descend from dark mountains, waterfalls cut through basalt, steam rises from the ground, and the Atlantic keeps reshaping the coast.
What fascinated me most was not a single landmark, but the constant contrast — ice and volcanic rock, silence and moving water, vast empty spaces and small signs of life. Puffins on sea cliffs, birds scattered across the ice, lonely farms and roads disappearing into the highlands all became part of the same story.
These photographs are my impression of an island where the forces of nature are always visible — raw, restless and extraordinarily beautiful.
